Who can order?+
Adults 21 years or older who are legally allowed to purchase these products in their jurisdiction (or the higher legal age if applicable). Age is gated on site entry, and checkout requires a second confirmation. Minors may not order or receive products.
How does age verification work?+
On first visit, an age gate requires you to confirm you are 21+ before browsing. That attestation is stored in your browser session. At checkout you must reconfirm age and that the order is lawful where you live. Government ID may still be required at delivery or pickup where the law mandates it. This is not a substitute for full KYC where regulated.
Do you process credit cards yet?+
Checkout can use Stripe Checkout when server keys are configured and dry-run is off. Otherwise orders are recorded as pending with no card charge. Major card networks often restrict cannabis categories — a board-approved or cannabis-friendly processor may be required for live sales. Demo/dry-run orders do not charge cards.
What product categories do you carry?+
Flower, hashish, THC vapes, nicotine vapes, bongs, and smoker accessories. Filters on the shop page let you narrow by department. Availability is for adult retail where legal only.
Are THC and nicotine details shown?+
Yes. Product pages list THC/CBD ranges for cannabis items and nicotine strength for nicotine devices when applicable. Figures are product descriptors from catalog data — not medical dosing advice.
Is this medical cannabis?+
No. Content is for adult retail education and shopping UX only — not diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or any medical claim. Do not use product copy as a substitute for a licensed clinician.
What about nicotine products?+
Nicotine products contain nicotine and are highly addictive. They are for adult nicotine users 21+ only. They are not smoking-cessation products, NRT, or medical devices. Keep away from children and pets.
Can I use these products and drive?+
No. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired by cannabis or other substances. Consume responsibly where legal.
How is my cart saved?+
Your cart is stored in the browser (localStorage) so it persists between page visits on the same device. It is not a server account.
Shipping, taxes, and where you deliver?+
Demo checkout may show sample shipping and tax estimates only. Real carrier rates, tax rules, and ship-to jurisdictions must be configured before launch. We do not promise shipping into prohibited territories. Confirm local law before ordering.
What do “profile notes” or badges mean?+
Labels such as aroma, character, or session style are marketing descriptors for adult shoppers. They are not guarantees of effect, mood outcomes, or therapeutic results.
